We’re proud to have built paver patios and walkways, seeded lawns, mulch beds, and built drainage systems for homeowners throughout Skagit County — including Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, and La Conner. As a company based right here in the county, we know the ground we’re working with.

Much of Skagit County — especially around Mount Vernon and the Skagit River — sits on low, flood-prone ground with slow-draining soil and a high water table. We plan base depth and drainage around that from day one, so patios/walkways don’t heave and lawns don’t sit in standing water once the rainy season hits.
